When planning travel for gigs, you can initiate the process directly from within details. The system launches the OTIS interface — no need to switch tabs.
Inside OTIS, you’ll see a chat-based flight search where you enter relevant details. The AI finds suitable connections based on selected gigs. You can browse, save, and send options for approval or payment.
Once a flight or train is booked, confirmation data is automatically synced back to details and shown in the relevant booking sections.
This ensures all travel data stays in one place and is visible to artists, bookers, managers, and payers.
