*A "booking-only user" would have access to the menu sections CONTACTS, BOOKING, ACCOUNTING and SETTINGS, but not to LABEL, DISTRIBUTION, PROMOTION or MANAGEMENT. The module access of users should be configured independently by the customers in SETTINGS / USER.

Our Pricing

We offer 4 types of services:

USAGE FEE: For ongoing access to the platform and its modules – billed monthly or annually.

What is a user?
A user is a workplace login – someone actively working with details.
SUPPORT PACKAGES FOR NEW CUSTOMERS: New customers can benefit from discounted support packages with 4, 8, or 12 hours of support.

These packages are typically used for:
- Data migration
- Custom setup
- Training
Our goal is to make your onboarding experience smooth and efficient!
ONGOING SUPPORT: If you need help later:
- €1.50/minute or
- €90/hour.
CUSTOM PROGRAMMING & PLUGINS: Need additional features beyond the standard platform? You can easily add them!
- We’ll provide a quote upfront for any custom work.
- The daily rate for senior developers is €600/day.

Billing Conditions

Monthly Billing: Fees are debited within the following month for the previous month via automated credit card or SEPA direct debit. Monthly payments are non-refundable after the 14-day legal cancellation period within the EU.
Annual Billing: Annual subscriptions offer 2 free months of service in exchange for upfront payment. Support fees are not included and will be debited in the month following the service. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the 14-day legal cancellation period within the EU.

Refund Policy

Refunds requested within the 14-day legal cancellation period will incur a 30€ processing fee to cover manual intervention costs.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

For the automatic monthly billing we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express, and you will be billed in Euros. We also offer manual billing, but manual invoices will include a 20 € automatic bank charge for extra time and handling. To avoid the extra charge, please use the automatic credit card billing. If you choose an annual pre-payment instead of the monthly billing we will give you a discount on user fees.
